Sara is an experienced Registered Dietitian who is currently a Nutritionist/Health & Weight loss Coach for Prevent. She provides nutrition coaching and mentoring to individuals and groups to help them achieve their goals and prevent chronic disease, particularly prediabetes and diabetes. Sara also runs a private practice, called designer-diets, in which she provides nutrition consulting, counselling, education, and creates meal plans tailored to her clients needs.
